Our kuehs are best consumed on the day of delivery. Otherwise:
(1) Chiffon Cake
- Store at room temperature for up to 2 days
- Store in the fridge for up to 1 week
You may take it out to consume chilled or heat up using an oven for 3-5mins before consumption depending on preference.
(2) Bika Ambon, Kueh Salat & Steamed Kueh Lapis
- Store in the fridge for up to 3 days
- Store in the freezer for up to 1 week
You may take the kueh out to thaw and heat up using a steamer for 3-5 mins before consumption
(3) Bingka Ubi
- Store in the fridge for up to 3 days
- Store in the freezer for up to 1 week
You may take the kueh out to thaw and heat up using a steamer or oven for 5-10 mins before consumption.
(4) Kueh Lapis Legit
- Store in the fridge for up to 3 days
- Store in the freezer for up to 1 week
Kueh Lapis Legit can be enjoyed at room temperature or heated up in a pre-heated oven for 3-5 mins before consumption.
(5) Tarts & Cookies
- Store at room temperature in a cool and dry area away from the sun
Tarts & Cookies may be kept for up to 1 month but are best consumed within 2 weeks.
