    • Storage Instructions

      All our kuehs are best consumed on the day of delivery, otherwise:

       

      Kueh Salat, Bika Ambon & Steamed Kueh Lapis

      1. Store in the fridge for up to 3 days
      2. Store in the freezer for up to 1 week

      You may take the kueh out to thaw and heat up using a steamer for 3-5mins before consumption.

       

      Bingka Ubi

      1. Store in the fridge for up to 3 days
      2. Store in the freezer for up to 1 week

      You may take the kueh out to thaw and heat up using a steamer or oven for 5-10 mins before consumption.

       

      Prune, Pandan & Original Kueh Lapis Legit:

      1. Store in the fridge for up to 3 days
      2. Store in the freezer for up to 1 week

      Kueh Lapis can be enjoyed at room temperature or heated up in a pre-heated oven at 180°C for 3-5 mins before consumption (depending on preference).
